1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed by consumers through shaldags.com.
They govern:
- Products;
- Prices;
- Orders;
- Payments;
- Delivery;
- Withdrawal;
- Returns;
- Refunds;
- Legal guarantees.
Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
2. Products
SHALDAG sells physical consumer goods.
The principal characteristics of each product are displayed on its product page.
Customers should review the product description, specifications, dimensions and photographs before ordering.
Reasonable differences in color caused by lighting, photography or screen settings may occur.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer is shown the final amount payable before confirming an order.
4. Invoices
SHALDAG provides invoices for orders.
Invoices may be provided electronically or otherwise made available in connection with the order.
5. Shipping Charges
Standard delivery costs:

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders of:
€65 or more
The applicable shipping charge is displayed before order confirmation.
6. Order Process
The customer selects the desired products and proceeds through checkout.
Before submitting an order, the customer is responsible for reviewing:
- Products;
- Quantities;
- Prices;
- Shipping address;
- Email address;
- Total amount.
Submitting the order represents an offer to purchase the products.
7. Order Acceptance
We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:
- Product unavailability;
- Failed payment;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;
- Obvious pricing error;
- Incorrect information;
- Shipping address outside our eligible delivery area;
- An address that cannot be served by the carrier.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.
8. Payment Methods

9. Shipping Area
Orders are delivered only within eligible areas of Metropolitan France.
We do not currently deliver to:
- French overseas departments, regions or territories;
- Islands or island territories;
- Military bases;
- Military restricted areas;
- High-security facilities;
- Restricted-access areas;
- Addresses not normally serviceable by our carrier.
10. Order Processing Cut-Off
Orders placed before:
4:00 p.m. France local time, Monday to Friday
will enter processing on that business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m., during weekends or on French public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
11. Processing and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
3–5 business days
All orders include tracking.
12. Cancellation and Modification Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation or modification before dispatch.
Requests should be sent as quickly as possible to:
We will make reasonable efforts to process the request but cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has begun.
13. Transfer of Risk
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage transfers in accordance with mandatory French consumer law, including when the customer or a third party designated by the customer physically receives the goods.
14. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For eligible online purchases, consumers have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify SHALDAG that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.
To exercise this right:
After exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable legal period.
15. Cost of Withdrawal Returns
For ordinary change-of-mind withdrawals:
The customer bears the return shipping cost.
SHALDAG bears reasonable return shipping costs when a product is confirmed to be:
- Defective;
- Damaged;
- Incorrect;
- Non-conforming.
16. Return Condition
Customers may inspect goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Returned goods should be complete and returned with their accessories.
A reduction in value may apply where legally permitted if the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary.
17. Restocking Fees
No restocking fee is charged.
18. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to availability.
Please contact customer service before sending the original product back.
19. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, SHALDAG aims to process the refund within:
3 business days
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
The customer's bank or card provider may require additional processing time after SHALDAG has issued the refund.
20. Personalized Goods
SHALDAG does not currently ordinarily sell personalized products.
Where a clearly personalized or made-to-specification product is offered, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where the relevant legal exception applies.
21. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Consumers benefit from the mandatory French legal guarantee of conformity.
For qualifying consumer goods, the legal guarantee generally allows a consumer to act in respect of a lack of conformity appearing within two years from delivery.
Where the statutory requirements are satisfied, available remedies may include:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Price reduction;
- Termination of the sale and refund in circumstances permitted by law.
Repair or replacement must be provided without improper cost to the consumer in accordance with applicable law.
SHALDAG is responsible to its customer for this statutory guarantee.
22. No Additional Commercial Warranty
SHALDAG does not provide a separate commercial or contractual warranty in addition to the applicable statutory guarantees.
This does not affect any mandatory rights under French law.
23. Hidden Defects
Consumers may also benefit from the statutory protection relating to hidden defects under applicable French law.
These rights are independent from the legal guarantee of conformity.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or removes mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order are those made available at the time the order is placed.
